My name is Lindsay and after having trouble conceiving naturally, and then through IVF I was at a complete loss. After two losses, I felt it was necessary to start to look within and what I could control and that’s how I found Audrey. In the Netherlands, I did not really agree with the attention I felt my situation needed. I worked with Audrey to understand how my body functions, what could be contributing to some of the reasons I was not able to conceive and made some changes. I can honestly say I learned so much about how my body works that my confidence to continue IVF has a whole new outlook. I really cannot say enough good things about this process with Audrey, and she’s just an awesome person to begin with! I will always come back to what Audrey and I discovered together as I grow older and found useful lifestyle changes I will practice forever.
