Business growth is only achievable if the backbone of the company feels supported physically and mentally.

Wellness at Work

The happier and healthier employees are, the more likely it will be that the company will be successful.

Absenteeism within the workplace puts a financial pressure on profit margins. The impact of absenteeism is felt directly by individuals, teams and the organization as a whole, putting pressure on productivity and profitability.

I deliver corporate wellness programs that help people develop and sustain healthy behaviours and well-being for life. I am driven by a desire to help businesses create healthier and happier workplaces while improving employee lives, increasing productivity, and combating rising healthcare costs.

Audrey Dickinson hosted a webinar and cookery workshop for us as part of our Winter Wellbeing program. Audrey’s workshop focused on keeping our immune system healthy, the content was highly informative, and science based. Both the webinar and cookery workshop were well received by staff (80% of staff would recommend the workshops to others). I would highly recommend Audrey for corporate workshops, easy to work with, flexible and a true expert!

Root causes of absenteeism include;

  • Burnout
  • Disengagement
  • Chronic illness or injury
  • Stress

How can nutritional therapists help?

  • Nutritional therapists can educate and guide staff on how to fuel their bodies to increase resilience.
  • They can help staff to fuel their bodies to reduce and manage stress more effectively
  • They can educate staff on how to fuel their brains for increased creativity and productivity
  • The can provide ideas that support better sleep and improved mood.

All of the above can contribute to an environment where staff can handle daily challenges more effectively and it has the potential to improve the culture within an organization and make it less likely that staff will want to leave.

Equally, it has the potential to allow teams within an organization to take up the challenge of achieving agreed goals and objectives with increased energy, focus and productivity.
